The three types of stress

There are three forms of stress: physical, chemical and emotional.

Chemical stressors are things such as drugs (medications), alcohol, pesticides, etc. Anything that enters your body and requires detoxification by your kidneys and liver is a chemical stress. All people experience all three types of stress to varying degrees.
