Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Our massage therapists can utilize smooth, heated, flat stones during your therapeutic massage to apply a deeper form of pressure that further relaxes muscles, improves circulation and calms your nervous system. The basalt stones we use are formed when lava cools after a volcanic eruption. To enjoy a hot stone massage, inform the front desk staff at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment. A hot stone massage has a $20 charge on top of the normal fee.

How to Get the Most Out of a Massage
Massages are known to be relaxing and rejuvenating at the time of the treatment and we have a few tips to help make that feeling last long after your treatment is done. After you’ve had a massage, be sure that you drink plenty of water as it will flush out the toxins released during your massage and keep your tissues hydrated. You can take a bath with Epsom salts to soothe and calm your muscles afterward, which will enhance the benefits and relieve any next-day stiffness. Make sure to grab a healthy snack to give yourself an added energy boost because massages speed up your circulatory systems and other bodily functions, including your digestive system!
Our Cancellation Policy
All of our massage appointments have a six-hour cancellation policy, so please notify us at least six hours ahead of time if you need to make any changes to your massage. If adequate notice is not given, a fee equivalent to the cost of your massage may be charged.
