WCB and SGI Claims
If you have been injured at work our chiropractors and massage therapists can provide you with the appropriate care at our Saskatoon clinic. Please notify our receptionists to ensure plenty of time is allotted at your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork and to complete testing and reporting. The Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) will receive our paperwork directly and we can also inform your workplace as well. Please bring your Saskatchewan Health Card or your WCB claim number (if you have already received one), to your appointment.
Patients that have been injured in a car accident must have informed Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) prior to their appointment with us and have received a SGI Injury Claim Number in order for their appointment to be covered. If SGI has not been informed, we can still treat the patient, however they will be responsible for submitting the bill to SGI until we receive a claim number. Our chiropractors, acupuncturist and massage therapists can all provide treatments at our office through SGI.
